High School Qualifying Round

High School Teams members may sign up for more than one event. The entry for each event is $25 per Angler. Each Angler must file out their Entry Form. The High School Anglers are responsible for providing a Boat Captain/Official who must register online. Boat Official Sign Up. A High School Team is defined as one or two (1 or 2) High School age Anglers who compete as a Team or as an individual. Anglers as a Team do not have to attend the same High School. High School Anglers must be currently entering the 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grades. Graduating Seniors may participate in the summer season of their graduation. Boat Official Sign Up

  • May 2 Saturday - HS Qualifying Round - Indiana - Meeting Location: 1220 E Blvd St, Kokomo, IN - 50% of the field will advance to the HS Scholarship Championship August 2 Sunday - No entry fee for the Championship

Step 2 - Complete Entry | Waiver Form

Indy League Fishing Waiver

Having fully acquainted myself with the rules and format for Indy League Fishing, LLC, I have completed this application and submit it for my entry into the tournaments. If I am a boat owner / operator in a tournament I agree that I am responsible for having proof of Boat/Liability Insurance. In signing this application, and by my presence at the event, I hereby agree to be bound by and comply with all tournament rules and safety regulations. I expressly assume all risks associated with the tournament and I hereby release The Indy League Fishing, LLC, (ILF) its parent, and affiliate companies, its licensees and affiliates, and all their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, the tournament hosts, sponsors and tournament officials from all claims of death, injury and\or property damage incurred in connection with any tournament. I hereby waive my rights of privacy or publicity with regard to the unconditional right to use my name, voice, photographic likeness, video and biographical information and fishing tips and instructions in connection with any reproduction of same, video\audio productions and\or articles, and press releases by Indy League Fishing, (ILF) its parent or affiliate companies, and those acting under their permission, anywhere at any time, through any medium or media. I shall not be entitled to receive any royalties or other compensation in connection with such use. I further understand and agree that the tournament officials reserve the right to reject my application or membership for any reason. This signed document will expire December 31, 2021.

Step 3 - Sign Waiver

By clicking the checkbox below and typing your name and the last 4 digits of your cell phone number you have legally signed your entry/waiver form.

Anglers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign.

Step 4 - Check Out

Series entry fees include the Anglers Qualifying Round and Championship should the Angler advance.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be issued if the cancellation is made at least 30 day prior to the event after that a $50.00 handling fee will be deducted.
